At Stodola Flowers, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Our flowers are crafted with love and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Fresh Flower Orders
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order (damaged flowers, wrong item, late delivery), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will review each case and may offer:
  • A replacement bouquet
  • A store credit
  • A partial or full refund (case-by-case basis)

Non-Perishable Items (vases, gifts, etc.)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, non-perishable items. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by customer
  • Missed deliveries due to absence at delivery time
  • Late claims (after 24 hours for fresh flowers)
